At Miller Harris, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fragrance purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring the fragrance is secure and the Return Authorization code is clearly included inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
